Forty-eight shielded Cat5e feed-through ports in one rack space. The shield is continuous through the panel, so a screened run stays screened end to end.
Shielded panels only do their job on a properly bonded rack. If the cable is unscreened or the rack is not grounded, the unshielded version is the honest choice and costs less.
