Shipping
We ship from a US warehouse via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for parcel orders, and via LTL freight for heavy items.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Most parcel orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at standard published rates.
Same-day shipping on in-stock parcel items ordered by 2 PM ET on a business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day.
Transit times typically run 1–3 business days for the contiguous US, longer for AK, HI, and PR.
Freight items (full-size server cabinets, bulk cable on reels, large UPS units, and orders over 150 lbs) ship via LTL. We provide a freight quote at checkout or via email — transit is usually 3–7 business days. Liftgate, residential, and inside-delivery accessorials are quoted separately.
Tracking is emailed automatically once the carrier picks up.
We currently ship to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico. International shipping is available by request — contact us for a quote.
Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or you ordered the wrong item, here's how returns work:
30-day return window. Items in new, unused, resalable condition with original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or defective on arrival. Photograph the damage before unboxing further and email us within 5 business days. We cover return shipping and replace at no charge.
Wrong item from us. We cover return shipping and ship the correct item immediately at our cost.
Wrong item from you. Customer covers return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-stock and special-order items.
Cannot be returned: opened bulk cable reels, custom-cut cable lengths, custom-printed labels, opened/used tools, and special-order items unless defective.
How to start a return
Email returns@rackit.com with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason. We'll send a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
