Trade Accounts
A Rack IT trade account is a working relationship, not a discount code. If you buy the same parts every month, you should be dealing with someone who knows what you install and can quote it without a back-and-forth.
What a trade account gets you
- Quotes on anything our distributor carries, not just what is on this site. The catalog here is a fraction of what we can source. Send a part number or a description and we will price it.
- Project pricing on multi-unit orders. Quantity changes the number. Send the list for the job and we will quote the job, not the line item.
- Vendor paperwork handled. W-9, certificate of insurance, and your resale certificate on file so your AP team can set us up once and be done.
- Shipping straight to the job site. Ship to your shop, the site, or split an order across both.
- A person, not a ticket queue. You email us and we answer. Rack IT is small, and that is the point.
Pricing
We do not publish a tier table, because we would rather quote your actual order than sort you into a bracket. Tell us what you buy and how often, and we will tell you what it costs. If we cannot beat what you are paying now, we will say so.
Payment
Credit card and ACH today. If we have run a few orders together and they have gone smoothly, talk to us about invoicing — we would rather earn terms than advertise them.

What we do not do yet
Worth saying plainly, so nothing surprises you after you have placed an order:
- Most of the catalog ships from distribution. Orders placed by 2 PM Central on a business day go to our warehouse partner that day, and most ship within 1 to 2 business days. HangLab mounts are made to order in Missouri and ship within 1 to 3 business days, and the ALM-M82 maglock mount also ships from Missouri. If something is backordered after you order, we email you the new date and you choose: wait, swap or a full refund.
- No will-call. Everything ships.
- No net terms on a first order. See Payment above.

- Your resale certificate, if you are buying for resale
