About Rack IT

Rack IT supplies professional-grade network infrastructure and installation tools to IT contractors, AV integrators, low-voltage installers, and in-house IT teams across the country.

We started Rack IT for one reason: getting the right cables, racks, and tools to a job site shouldn't be the hardest part of an install. Distributors take days to ship, big-box retailers carry the wrong gauge or rating, and clients expect the cabinet to go up the same week they signed off on it. We carry the products real installers actually use — plenum-rated bulk cable, properly grounded racks, name-brand testers and crimpers — and we ship them fast.

What sets us apart

Real product knowledge. We're an extension of a working IT and connectivity business (Konnectifi), so the gear we sell is the gear we install. If a product doesn't earn its place on our trucks, it doesn't earn a spot in our catalog.

Same-day shipping. Order in-stock items by 2 PM ET on a business day and we'll get them moving the same day. Most US destinations see delivery in 1–3 business days.

Trade pricing for contractors. We offer Net-30 terms, volume tiers, and dedicated account management for installers, integrators, and IT departments doing recurring purchases. Apply for a trade account on our Trade Accounts page.

Freight on heavy items. Full-size server cabinets and bulk cable on reels ship via LTL freight. We coordinate the quote and delivery so you don't have to chase carriers.
