About Rack IT

Rack IT Systems LLC is an online store based in El Dorado Springs, Missouri, for the hardware that turns a pile of network gear into a tidy closet or rack: rack mount kits for desktop firewalls and switches, rack PDUs and rackmount UPS units, racks, patch panels and cable management, and HangLab wall mounts for UniFi gateways.

We started Rack IT because getting the right mounting and power hardware shouldn't be the hardest part of an install. A firewall balanced on a shelf with its power brick hanging loose, or a gateway sitting on the closet floor, is a problem the right bracket or kit fixes for good. Finding that part, for the exact model you have, is what this store is for.

Where your order comes from

Rack IT is online only, with no walk-ins. Most of the catalog ships directly from our distribution partner's US warehouses, so your order goes out from the warehouse nearest you instead of sitting on a shelf here first. Orders placed by 2 PM Central on a business day go to our warehouse partner that day, and most ship within 1 to 2 business days.

HangLab is our own brand of wall mounts. The HangLab brackets for the UniFi Cloud Gateway Max and Cloud Gateway Fiber are designed and printed in-house in Missouri. HangLab mounts are made to order and ship within 1 to 3 business days.

What sets us apart

Real product knowledge. We're an extension of a working IT and connectivity business (Konnectifi), so the gear we sell is the gear we install. If a product doesn't earn its place on our trucks, it doesn't earn a spot in our catalog.

Fit before you buy. Rack mount kits are made for exact models, and many of them can't be returned, so send us the model number off the label and we'll confirm the fit before anything ships. The kit finder lists every appliance we carry a kit for.

Trade accounts for regular buyers. If you buy the same parts every month, a trade account gets you quotes on anything our distributor carries and project pricing on multi-unit orders.

Freight on heavy items. Larger racks and anything else that ships by truck are sold by quote. Email the part number and delivery ZIP code to sales@rackit.com, and we'll quote a delivered price before charging your card.
